Common use of Operations Logs Clause in Contracts

Operations Logs. Seller shall maintain a complete and accurate log of all material operations as set forth in Appendix [TBD]. [Optional: for Energy Storage, Seller and Buyer may elect to include the following language in lieu of Appendix referenced above. Such log shall include information on charging, discharging, availability, maintenance performed, outages, electrical characteristics of the energy storage systems and similar information relating to the availability, testing and operation of the Project.] Seller shall provide this information electronically to Buyer within thirty (30) days of Xxxxx’s written request.
