Operations Logs. Seller shall maintain a complete and accurate log of all material operations as set forth in Appendix XVII. Seller shall provide this information electronically to Buyer within thirty (30) days of Buyer’s written request. At the request of Buyer, the CPUC, or the staff of the CPUC, Seller shall provide all records demonstrating that the Project is operated and maintained in accordance with all applicable Laws.
