Operations Guide Clause Samples

An Operations Guide clause defines the procedures, standards, and protocols that govern the day-to-day operations under an agreement. It typically outlines how parties should handle routine processes, address operational issues, and communicate about ongoing activities, often referencing a separate document or manual that can be updated as needed. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear, agreed-upon framework for managing operational matters, reducing ambiguity and facilitating smooth collaboration throughout the term of the contract.
