An Operations Guide clause defines the procedures, standards, and protocols that govern the day-to-day operations under an agreement. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear, agreed-upon framework for managing operational matters, reducing ambiguity and facilitating smooth collaboration throughout the term of the contract.
Operations Guide. 3.1 The Company shall make available the Operations Guide to the Customer. The Customer shall be obliged from time to time to request the Company to provide a set of the Operations Guide, which covers (among other things) the times when the Tele-services is available and how to access and operate the Tele-services.
3.2 The Customer shall follow all relevant Operations Guide when accessing and operating the Tele-services.
3.3 The Company may inform the Customer from time to time about changes to access or operation of the Tele-services. The Customer shall observe all such changes when accessing or operating the Tele-services.
Operations Guide. AT&T and OIT will negotiate an Operations Guide that will detail all of the service aspects of the INOC. It will include all procedures for handling trouble calls, testing, providing trouble status to customers, escalation, reports, etc. This guide will be updated as processes change but does not require an amendment to this Service Attachment.
Operations Guide. IBM may contact the PTAS at any time during the thirty (30) minutes response time window to request a status on the request for emergency technical support assistance.
Operations Guide. 1.18.1. Contractor shall not engage in any Work under the Contract, other than the Work described in this Sections 1.10 and 11.18 prior to the Operational Start Date. The Department shall not be liable to the Contractor for, and Contractor shall not receive, any payment for any period prior to the Operational Start Date under this Contract.
1.18.2. The Contractor shall create and implement an Operations Guide. The Operations Guide shall include the creation and management of the following:

Operations Guide. Purchaser’s performance of the Servicing Rights shall be subject to the terms of the Operations Guide, to the extent not inconsistent with the terms of the applicable Investor Agreements. The Operations Guide may be amended from time to time by Seller with Purchaser’s prior written consent (which shall not be unreasonably withheld), without formal amendment of this Agreement. To the extent of a conflict between the Operations Guide and this Agreement, this Agreement shall control.
Operations Guide. The Contractor shall develop an Operations Guide that meets all requirements outlined in this Contract for year one. The Contractor shall receive payment for the Operations Guide once the deliverable has been reviewed and accepted by the Department.
