Operations Emergency Plan. The Certificate Holder shall submit an Operations Emergency Plan for the Project to provide for employee and public safety in the event of emergencies. 1. The Certificate Holder shall coordinate development of the plan with local and state agencies that provide emergency response services in the Project Footprint. 2. The Certificate Holder shall provide EFSEC with lists of emergency personnel, communication channels, and procedures and update them as needed. 3. The Operations Emergency Plan must be in compliance with WAC ▇▇▇-▇▇-▇▇▇.
