Company’s Operations Center shall be available to City staff 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, regarding problems or complaints resulting from the Facilities installed pursuant to this Agreement and may be contacted by telephone at: (866)_ ▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇, or ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ regarding such problems or complaints.
