Operational Training Program—OJT Clause Samples

The Operational Training Program—OJT clause establishes the requirements and framework for on-the-job training (OJT) within an organization or project. It typically outlines the responsibilities of both the employer and employees regarding participation in hands-on training activities, specifies the duration and content of the training, and may set standards for supervision and evaluation. By formalizing the OJT process, this clause ensures that employees acquire necessary skills in a structured manner, thereby promoting workforce competency and reducing operational errors.
