Operational Scope Clause Samples

The Operational Scope clause defines the specific activities, services, or operations that are covered under an agreement. It typically outlines the boundaries of what is included and excluded, such as which products, locations, or timeframes are subject to the contract's terms. By clearly delineating these parameters, the clause ensures both parties understand their obligations and limits, thereby preventing misunderstandings and disputes about what is or is not covered by the agreement.
