Operational Planning. (WBS 18.2 SOW) a) Develop and enforce a building security plan for City owned facilities. b) Develop and maintain and building evacuation plan and conduct training for all staff. Conduct periodic evacuation drills. c) Develop a safety plan and train staff on safety procedures. Provide recommendations pertaining to safety needs to the City.
