  • Owner’s Insurance Owner will be responsible for purchasing and maintaining Owner’s liability insurance and other reasonably appropriate insurance.

  • Developer’s Insurance Developer shall comply with the insurance requirements as indicated in the Facilities Lease.

  • Cyber Insurance The Contractor shall maintain network risk and cyber liability coverage (including coverage for unauthorized access, failure of security, breach of privacy perils, as well at notification costs and regulatory defense) in an amount of not less than $1,000,000. Such insurance shall be maintained in force at all times during the term of the Contract and for a period of two years thereafter for services completed during the term of the Contract.

  • CONTRACTOR’S INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS The insurance requirements of this Contract are set forth in Appendix J and, if applicable, Appendix J.1.

  • Commercial Umbrella Liability Insurance The Contractor shall provide a Commercial Umbrella Liability Insurance to provide excess coverage above the Commercial General Liability, Commercial Business Automobile Liability and the Workers' Compensation and Employers' Liability to satisfy the minimum limits set forth herein.   • Contractor Insurance Requirements When performing Work on property in the care, custody, or control of the Judicial Council, the Contractor shall maintain all commercial general liability insurance, workers’ compensation insurance, and any other insurance the Judicial Council deems appropriate under the Agreement. Upon request from the Judicial Council, the Contractor shall furnish an insurance certificate evidencing required insurance coverage acceptable to the Judicial Council. The Contractor may also be required to have the Judicial Council shown as an additional insured on selected policies.

  • Subcontractor Insurance In accord with Good Utility Practice, each Interconnected Entity shall require each of its subcontractors to maintain and provide evidence of insurance coverage of types, and in amounts, commensurate with the risks associated with the services provided by the subcontractor. Bonding of contractors or subcontractors shall be at the hiring Interconnected Entity’s discretion, but regardless of bonding, the hiring principal shall be responsible for the performance or non- performance of any contractor or subcontractor it hires.

  • Environmental Inspection at End of Agreement Term A. At Authority’s discretion, at least one hundred and twenty (120) days before the expiration or early termination of the Term as provided herein, Company will conduct an environmental inspection and examination of the Company Premises. At its discretion, Authority may complete environmental reviews to determine if recognized environmental conditions exist that could warrant soil and groundwater sampling. If warranted by the findings of Company or Authority’s inspection or if requested by Authority, a compliance audit or site assessment will be performed within the aforementioned time period by a qualified professional acceptable to Authority who will report the findings to Authority. The cost for professional consulting or engineering services required for such audit will be at the expense of Company. If a site assessment is conducted, Company agrees to pay all associated laboratory and testing fees incurred to test and analyze samples collected during the site assessment process. The Authority may also choose to conduct the compliance audit or site assessment. If the results of the assessment indicate that the Company Premises have been impacted by the release of Hazardous Substances, Company will immediately take such action as is necessary and will provide a substantial guaranty in a form and content acceptable to Authority that Company will clean up the contamination at its own expense, at no expense to Authority, and in accordance with Applicable Laws to the extent that it is obligated to do so by virtue of the foregoing provisions of this Article.
