OPERATIONAL PERFORMANCE. A report on the Franchisee’s operational performance, by reference to the Plan of the Day, including: (a) the level of performance achieved against the Plan of the Day, and an explanation of the level of performance achieved relative to the Plan of the Day; (b) an explanatory note setting out, if relevant, any act, omission or failure of a third party which has impacted performance and the extent of that impact, along with supporting evidence (except for where the impact exclusively relates to COVID-19); and (c) details and supporting evidence of any actions undertaken to mitigate any impacts on performance, including work with Network Rail regarding infrastructure.
