Operational organization. 1. The Parties hereby agree to coordinate at three levels, with plans formulated by headquarters, administered by business departments and implemented by the subsidiaries of both Parties.
Operational organization. 4.2.1 Research program and other scientific projects The research program is revised annually under the overall coordination of the Scientific Manager in coordination with the Company Partners and the Scientific Partners; simultaneously the other scientific projects are decided. The final responsibility for the balance of the research program in the sense of participating Partners rests with Management, which proposes the research program and other scientific projects to the Strategy Board for consultation. Formal corporate approval occurs in the Board of Super- visors and in the General Meeting.
