Operational Documentation. Mine clearance log. This will be an electronic plan of the task site showing what areas have been released and/or cleared and where mines and UXO have been found. It will be updated daily. Demolition log. This will account for all explosive items found during clearance. It will contain at least the following information: o Items destroyed. o Position of demolition. o Date and time. o Name of person in charge of the demolition. o Amount of explosives used. o Comments (high order, deflagration, mis-fire, „kick-out‟ etc). o Weather conditions.

Operational Documentation. 8.2.1 The Service Provider shall provide Operational Processes and Procedures Documentation for all tasks to be undertaken by the Service Provider or its Sub-Contractors or agents from the Operational Commencement Date. This shall, subject to any other items listed in this Agreement or referenced herein, comprise:
a) procedures for operation of the Services, LCHS Assets and Service Systems; and
b) procedures for maintenance and support of the Services, LCHS Assets and Service Systems. These Documents shall make reference to the Systems Documentation as required and shall been sent to TTL for Approval in accordance with Schedule 3 (Milestones and Deliverables).
