Operational Characteristics. Seller shall maintain the Project such that the Project is able to provide equal to or better flexibility as provided by the Operational Characteristics. Seller agrees to coordinate with Scheduling Coordinator to ensure all information provided to the CAISO regarding the operational and technical constraints in the Master File for the Project are accurate and are based on the Operational Characteristics. Upon mutual written agreement between the Parties, the Scheduling Coordinator may request that CAISO modify the Master File for the Project.
