Operational and Administrative Matters. The Parties may discuss and agree upon general administrative matters and other terms and conditions, such as operating agreement, related to the implementation of this Agreement as may be necessary or convenient from time to time including, but not limited to, performance and payment procedures, recordkeeping, responsibility for loss or damage, insurance, liabilities, claims, indemnifications, consequences for delays, force majeure, settlement of claims, and treatment of dangerous and hazardous cargoes.
