Common use of Operational Alterations Clause in Contracts

Operational Alterations. In addition to the foregoing, the Operator, at its own expense (subject to Section 6.06 hereof) may, from time to time make such Alterations to the Facility as the Operator may deem desirable in the proper conduct of its business, which shall be approved by the Owner in advance, provided that such Alterations shall not adversely affect the operating capacity, cost efficiency, utility, reliability or value of the Facility.
