Operational Activities. Operational activities of the Phase I Activity comprise the work of the Operations Project’s project teams. These project teams, with support from the Operations Advisor, use regular meetings to plan work, assess progress, and understand obstacles encountered to inform both adjustments in strategy and decision-making.
