Operation to Address the Reliability Need Standard. If an RMR Generator fails to operate as requested when it is called upon by the ISO or by a Transmission Owner to address the Reliability Need that is described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement on three or more occasions over the Term of this Agreement, then the ISO may terminate this Agreement as to that RMR Generator.
