Operation Information. Material misrepresentation of fact knowingly made to the City with respect to or regarding the Company’s operations, management, revenues, services or reports required pursuant to this Agreement.

Operation Information. Immediately upon execution of this Agreement, Seller shall give Buyer access for purposes of inspection, review and photocopying (at Buyer's expense except as otherwise mutually agreed) to all operation information in Seller's possession relating to the Gathering System, and Seller shall use its best efforts to obtain any other information from third parties which is reasonably requested by Buyer provided it can be obtained without cost to Seller.
