Common use of Operating Structure Clause in Contracts

Operating Structure. As of the date hereof, the sole Managing Member of Borrower is Managing Member. The only members of Borrower and the only Stockholders of Pledgor are set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference (or on a revised Exhibit A delivered to Administrative Agent in accordance with Section 11.5 hereof), and the Capital Commitment of each Investor is set forth on Exhibit A (or on such revised Exhibit A).
