Common use of Operating Representatives Clause in Contracts

Operating Representatives. By letter dated as of even date herewith, GSOC and OPC have each appointed operating representatives to act for the respective Parties in matters pertaining to service under this Agreement. Either Party may designate a successor operating representative in its discretion by providing the other Party with written notice thereof.
