Common use of Operating Representatives Clause in Contracts

Operating Representatives. 18.1 Within thirty days after execution of this Agreement, each Party shall appoint an Operating Representative for the purpose of securing effective cooperation and interchange of information and providing consultation and coordination on a prompt and orderly basis between the Parties in connection with various administrative, technical and operating matters which may arise from time to time under this Agreement, including the performance of the functions and duties of said representative under this Agreement. 18.2 Each Party shall bear the cost of its designated Representative. 18.3 Each Party shall notify the other Party promptly of any change in the designation of its Operating Representative. 18.4 The Operating Representative shall have no authority to modify any of the terms, covenants or conditions of this Agreement.
