Common use of Operating Representatives Clause in Contracts

Operating Representatives. Prior to the Delivery Term, each Party shall designate a representative for purposes of administering this Agreement (each such representative, an “Operating Representative”), by Notice to the other Party specifying the designee’s name, telephone and fax numbers and e- mail address. A Party may change its Operating Representative upon similar Notice to the other Party. The duties and responsibilities of the Operating Representatives shall include serving as the primary contacts for the administration of the Agreement and for establishing and maintaining procedures for such administration and for coordinating the schedule for Planned Maintenance. The Operating Representatives shall have no authority to amend or otherwise modify this Agreement or bind their respective Parties.
