Common use of Operating Log Clause in Contracts

Operating Log. Seller shall maintain an accurate and up-to-date operating log, in electronic format, at the Facility, with records of real production for each hour; changes in operating status; scheduled maintenance and forced outages; and any unusual conditions found during inspections. Seller shall maintain accurate and up-to-date logs of delivered energy, including Test Energy, and other records needed in order to comply with this Agreement.

Operating Log. Seller shall maintain an accurate and up-to-date operating log, in electronic format, log at the Facility, Facility with records of real and reactive power production for each clock hour; changes in operating status; scheduled maintenance outage/deratings, forced outages and partial forced outages; and any unusual conditions found during inspections. Seller shall maintain accurate and up-to-date logs of delivered energy, including Test Energy, and other records needed in order to comply with this Agreement.
