Operating Log. Seller shall maintain an accurate and up-to-date operating log, in electronic format, at the Facility with records of production for each clock hour; changes in operating status; and Forced Outages for the purposes of proper administration of this PPA, including such records as may be required by state or federal regulatory authorities and MRO in the prescribed format.

Seller shall maintain accurate and up-to-date logs of delivered energy, including Test Energy, and other records needed in order to comply with this Agreement.
