Operating Loads. RPL agrees to operate ▇▇▇▇ ▇ using coal having a sulfur content as set forth in Appendix C over a load range that results in an average monthly capacity factor of seventy-five percent (75%) or more during the Demonstration Period when the Project Facilities are in operation, excluding outages (forced or scheduled) and periods requiring derating.
