Common use of Operating Liabilities Clause in Contracts

Operating Liabilities. All Liabilities with respect to the operation or ownership by WEC of the Utility Wind Assets arising on or after the Effective Date that are not Excluded Liabilities; and

Operating Liabilities. All Liabilities with respect to the operation or ownership by WEC of the Utility Wind Assets arising on or after prior to the Effective Date that are not Excluded Assumed Liabilities; and
