Operating Fund Surpluses. The New Union District shall assume all operating surpluses, deficits, and fund balances of the Forming Districts that may exist at the close of business on June 30, 2019. The New Union District shall apply any reserve fund for the fund’s specific purpose, if identified, unless otherwise determined through appropriate legal procedures.
