Operating Distributions. Subject to Section 4.1(d) with respect to Tax Distributions, all Distributions by the Company other than those made in connection with a Liquidity Event pursuant to Section 4.1(c), shall be made or allocated to holders of Common Units pro rata based on the number of Common Units held by each such holder.
