Common use of Opening Assistance Clause in Contracts

Opening Assistance. Franchisor shall provide one (1) representative to provide such on-site opening assistance and supervision as Franchisor deems necessary for a period of seven (7) to ten (10) days, at no charge to Franchisee. If Franchisor determines, in its sole discretion, that Franchisee requires any additional opening assistance or if Franchisee requests such assistance, Franchisor reserves the right to charge an additional fee for such assistance, in addition to obtaining reimbursement for related travel, meals and lodging expenses.
