Common use of Opening and Closing Orders/Transactions Clause in Contracts

Opening and Closing Orders/Transactions. 2.1. In order to open a Transaction in an FX and CFD on the Trading Platform, you must either open a Buy or a Sell, at the price quoted by the Trading Platform at the time of such Transaction. In order to close a Transaction, you must either offer to sell (in the case of a Buy), or purchase (in the case of a Sell), the Underlying Asset covered by such open Transaction, at the price quoted by the Trading Platform at the time of such closing offer. Transactions or open positions cannot be transferred to other FX and CFD providers or their platforms.
