Expiry Transactions. We may, in our sole and absolute discretion, set an Expiry Date and time for a specific Instrument. • In the event we set an Expiry Date for a specific Underlying Asset, it will be displayed on the Trading Platform in the details link for each Underlying Asset. It is your responsibility to make yourself aware of the Expiry Date and time. • If you do not close an open Transaction with respect to an Underlying Asset which has an Expiry Date, prior to such Expiry Date, the Transaction shall automatically close upon the Expiry Date. The Transaction shall close at a price which will be the last price quoted on the Trading Platform immediately prior to the applicable Expiry Date and time.
Expiry Transactions. 5.1. We may, in our sole and absolute discretion, set an Expiry Date and time for a specific Instrument.
Expiry Transactions. 1. Subject to this Agreement and any requirement we may specify in relation to Linked Transactions, you may close an open Expiry Transaction or any part of such open Expiry Transaction at any time prior to the Last Dealing Time for that Instrument.
Expiry Transactions. 82 Unless otherwise informed, if you do not close an Expiry Transaction on or before the Last Dealing Time then, we will close your Expiry Transaction as soon as we have ascertained the price of the Expiry Transaction. The price of the Expiry Transaction will be (a) the last traded price at or prior to the close or the applicable official closing quotation or value in the relevant Reference Asset as reported by the relevant exchange, errors and omissions excluded; plus, or minus (b) any Spread that we apply when such an Expiry Transaction is closed. Details of the Spread that we apply when a particular Expiry Transaction is closed are available on request. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to make yourself aware of the Last Dealing Time and of any Spread or Commission that we may apply when you close an Expiry Transaction.

Expiry Transactions. 16.1 For certain Financial Instrument Transactions an expiry date may apply (an “Expiry Transaction”). The details of these dates are available in the Contract Specification on the Trading Platform. The Client acknowledges and agrees that the Company will have the right to close any Transaction in its sole and absolute discretion without notice if the Underlying Asset is a derivative Financial Instrument which may settle on expiry by a delivery other than in cash, a reasonable period prior to the expiry date as determined in the sole and absolute discretion of the Company. The Company will not be subject to any obligation to rollover a position in such a derivative Financial Instrument.
