In the process of providing the Services, Rogue Wave occasionally finds bugs and errors in open source software as well as issues in how certain open source packages work together. Rogue Wave will make best efforts to work with open source communities to resolve bugs or defects and contribute those changes back for incorporation in future releases. Due to the nature of open source development, Rogue Wave cannot guarantee that the open source communities will accept bug fixes.
