Open Posting Clause Samples
The Open Posting clause allows parties to publicly advertise or list certain opportunities, positions, or offerings without restriction. In practice, this means that a company or organization can post job openings, project bids, or other relevant notices on public platforms or forums, making them accessible to a wide audience. The core function of this clause is to promote transparency and equal opportunity by ensuring that information about available positions or opportunities is openly shared, reducing the risk of favoritism or limited access.
Open Posting. A position posting which is open to all persons, whether employed by the district or not, who meet specified qualifications and comply with the application requirements of the district.
Open Posting. If there are no qualified candidates within the group from across the district, those from other groups in the bargaining unit and external applicants will be considered simultaneously. The applicant most qualified , as determined by the employer, will be selected.
