Open access principles. As defined in Annex I of the Grant Agreement, the Parties will comply with the obligations related to open access publishing of scientific articles and the defined provisions on open access to research data. Additional provisions and requirements will be defined in the Data Management Plan that all Parties will follow.

The approval of the allocation of Intertie Costs, payment schedule, and the costs to be collected for Intertie Transactions shall require the affirmative vote of a minimum of 75 percent of the members of the IMC constituting greater than 66 percent of the total Annual System Demand of all members of the IMC, including the affirmative vote of AEA.
