The ONSITE LESSOR MANAGEMENT clause establishes the lessor’s right or obligation to provide management services at the leased premises. Typically, this means the lessor will have personnel or representatives present on-site to oversee property operations, maintenance, or tenant relations. This arrangement ensures that the property is managed efficiently and that any issues can be addressed promptly, ultimately supporting smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining the property’s value.
ONSITE LESSOR MANAGEMENT. The Lessor shall provide an onsite Building superintendent or a locally designated representative available to promptly respond to deficiencies, and immediately address all emergency situations.

A. The Lessor shall provide an onsite Building superintendent or a locally designated representative available to promptly respond to deficiencies, and immediately address all emergency situations.
B. This Building superintendent or representative shall be readily available to NOAA during normal business hours as defined in the lease and shall ensure any daily building issues are promptly addressed. These issues include but are not limited to:
1. Clean / mop entry ways
2. Clean up of any dry or wet spills (non-hazmat)
3. Unplug toilets
4. Replace damaged ceiling tiles
5. Replace light bulbs 6. Hang/remove signage / billboards.
