Only one registration Clause Samples
The "Only one registration" clause restricts parties to a single registration or enrollment for a particular service, event, or offering. In practice, this means that an individual or entity cannot submit multiple applications or hold more than one active registration at the same time, preventing duplicate entries or attempts to gain multiple benefits. This clause ensures fairness and administrative efficiency by avoiding confusion, double-counting, or abuse of the registration process.
Only one registration is allowed for each natural or legal person. Upon registration, it is necessary to indicate the permanent residence or business address (registered office) of the member. Unauthorised membership benefits acquired by multiple registrations entitle CD to withdraw from this Agreement for a serious reason as well as to withdraw the benefits thus obtained. As for multiple registrations, the last registration may be deleted. The benefits or rewards earned by multiple registrations shall be forfeited.
Only one registration. (i.e. one ID number) shall be permitted for each natural or legal person. In the event of multiple registrations, the ID numbers last registered shall be deleted. Any benefits from the Lyconet Compen- sation Plan obtained solely by means of multiple registrations shall be forfeited.
