Online Engineering Operations. 2.2.4.1 The system must have the ability to generate engineering tokens (Replacements, Clear Tampers, Clear Credit, Power Limit, Supply Group Key Change, Tariff Index Key Change) online via any standard web browser based on a request from Mossel Bay Municipality. This function must only be available to an assigned person/s, and the system must be able to print an audit report of all the changes made. The system must be user access protected and pre-approved by the Mossel Bay Municipality.
