Online Contracting. If the Agreement was accepted electronically via the Online Portal or any other online means, either Party may request that the Parties re-confirm their acceptance of the terms of the Agreement by means of a written document signed by both Parties' authorized signatories.
Online Contracting. In the case where the Seller uses Emerald Grain Mate for the cash sale of Commodity then the Seller agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions each time the Seller submits an online Contract.
