Common use of Ongoing Trunk Forecast Requirements Clause in Contracts

Ongoing Trunk Forecast Requirements. Where the Parties have already established interconnection in a LATA, Onvoy shall provide a new or revised traffic forecast that complies with the Frontier Interconnection Trunking Forecast Guide when Xxxxx develops plans or becomes aware of information that will materially affect the Parties’ interconnection in that LATA. Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (a) Onvoy plans to deploy a new switch; (b) Onvoy plans to implement a new POI or network architecture; (c) Onvoy plans to rearrange its network; (d) Onvoy plans to convert a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group; (e) Onvoy plans to convert a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group; or (f) Onvoy expects a significant change in interconnection traffic volume. In addition, upon request by either Party, the Parties shall meet to: (i) review traffic and usage data on End Office and Tandem Interconnection Trunk groups and (ii) determine whether the Parties should establish new Interconnection Trunk groups, augment existing Interconnection Trunk groups, or disconnect existing Interconnection Trunks.

In addition, upon request by either Party, the Parties shall meet to: (i) review traffic and usage data on End Office and Tandem Interconnection Trunk groups and (ii) determine whether the Parties should establish new Interconnection Trunk groups, augment existing Interconnection Trunk groups, or disconnect existing Interconnection Trunks.

In addition, upon request by either Party, the Parties shall meet to: (i) review traffic and usage data on End Office and Tandem Interconnection Trunk groups and (ii) determine whether the Parties should establish new Interconnection Trunk groups, augment existing Interconnection Trunk groups, or disconnect existing Interconnection Trunks.

In addition, upon request by either Party, the Parties shall meet to: (i) review traffic and usage data on End Office and Tandem Interconnection Trunk groups and (ii) determine whether the Parties should establish new Interconnection Trunk groups, augment existing Interconnection Trunk groups, or disconnect existing Interconnection Trunks.

In addition, upon request by either Party, the Parties shall meet to: (i) review traffic and usage data on End Office and Tandem Interconnection Trunk groups and (ii) determine whether the Parties should establish new Interconnection Trunk groups, augment existing Interconnection Trunk groups, or disconnect existing Interconnection Trunks.

In addition, upon request by either Party, the Parties shall meet to: (i) review traffic and usage data on End Office and Tandem Interconnection Trunk groups and (ii) determine whether the Parties should establish new Interconnection Trunk groups, augment existing Interconnection Trunk groups, or disconnect existing Interconnection Trunks.

In addition, upon request by either Party, the Parties shall meet to: (i) review traffic and usage data on End Office and Tandem Interconnection Trunk groups and (ii) determine whether the Parties should establish new Interconnection Trunk groups, augment existing Interconnection Trunk groups, or disconnect existing Interconnection Trunks.

In addition, upon request by either Party, the Parties shall meet to: (i) review traffic and usage data on End Office and Tandem Interconnection Trunk groups and (ii) determine whether the Parties should establish new Interconnection Trunk groups, augment existing Interconnection Trunk groups, or disconnect existing Interconnection Trunks.

Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (a) Onvoy Covista plans to deploy a new switch; (b) Onvoy plans Covistalans to implement a new POI or network architecture; (c) Onvoy Covista plans to rearrange its network; (d) Onvoy Covista plans to convert a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a Two-Two- Way Interconnection Trunk group; (e) Onvoy Covista plans to convert a Two-Two- Way Interconnection Trunk group to a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group; or (f) Onvoy Covista expects a significant change in interconnection traffic volume. In addition, upon request by either Party, the Parties shall meet to: (i) review traffic and usage data on End Office and Tandem Interconnection Trunk groups and (ii) determine whether the Parties should establish new Interconnection Trunk groups, augment existing Interconnection Trunk groups, or disconnect existing Interconnection Trunks.

Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (ai) Onvoy AT&T Mobility plans to deploy a new switch; (bii) Onvoy AT&T Mobility plans to implement a new POI or network architecture; (ciii) Onvoy AT&T Mobility plans to rearrange its network; (div) Onvoy AT&T Mobility plans to convert a One-One- Way Interconnection Trunk group to a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group; (ev) Onvoy plans to convert a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group; or (f) Onvoy AT&T Mobility expects a significant change in interconnection traffic volume. In addition, upon request by either Party, the Parties shall meet to: (i) review traffic and usage data on End Office and Tandem Interconnection Trunk groups and (ii) determine whether the Parties should establish new Interconnection Trunk groups, augment existing Interconnection Trunk groups, or disconnect existing Interconnection TrunksTrunks and/or Interconnection Trunk groups.

Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (a) Onvoy Hypercube plans to deploy a new switch; (b) Onvoy Hypercube plans to implement a new POI or network architecture; (c) Onvoy Hypercube plans to rearrange its network; (d) Onvoy Hypercube plans to convert a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group; (e) Onvoy Hypercube plans to convert a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group; or (f) Onvoy Hypercube expects a significant change in interconnection traffic volume. In addition, upon request by either Party, the Parties shall meet to: (i) review traffic and usage data on End Office and Tandem Interconnection Trunk groups and (ii) determine whether the Parties should establish new Interconnection Trunk groups, augment existing Interconnection Trunk groups, or disconnect existing Interconnection Trunks.

In addition, upon request by either Party, the Parties shall meet to: (i) review traffic and usage data on End Office and Tandem Interconnection Trunk groups and (ii) determine whether the Parties should establish new Interconnection Trunk groups, augment existing Interconnection Trunk groups, or disconnect existing Interconnection Trunks.

In addition, upon request by either Party, the Parties shall meet to: (i) review traffic and usage data on End Office and Tandem Interconnection Trunk groups and (ii) determine whether the Parties should establish new Interconnection Trunk groups, augment existing Interconnection Trunk groups, or disconnect existing Interconnection Trunks.

In addition, upon request by either Party, the Parties shall meet to: (i) review traffic and usage data on End Office and Tandem Interconnection Trunk groups and (ii) determine whether the Parties should establish new Interconnection Trunk groups, augment existing Interconnection Trunk groups, or disconnect existing Interconnection Trunks.

In addition, upon request by either Party, the Parties shall meet to: (i) review traffic and usage data on End Office and Tandem Interconnection Trunk groups and (ii) determine whether the Parties should establish new Interconnection Trunk groups, augment existing Interconnection Trunk groups, or disconnect existing Interconnection Trunks.

Ongoing Trunk Forecast Requirements. Where the Parties have already established interconnection in a LATA, Onvoy Citrix shall provide a new or revised traffic forecast that complies with the Frontier Verizon Interconnection Trunking Forecast Guide when Xxxxx Citrix develops plans or becomes aware of information that will materially affect the Parties’ interconnection in that LATA. Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (a) Onvoy Citrix plans to deploy a new switch; (b) Onvoy Citrix plans to implement a new POI or network architecture; (c) Onvoy Citrix plans to rearrange its network; (d) Onvoy Citrix plans to convert a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group; (e) Onvoy Citrix plans to convert a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group; or (f) Onvoy Citrix expects a significant change in interconnection traffic volume. In addition, upon request by either Party, the Parties shall meet to: (i) review traffic and usage data on End Office and Tandem Interconnection Trunk groups and (ii) determine whether the Parties should establish new Interconnection Trunk groups, augment existing Interconnection Trunk groups, or disconnect existing Interconnection Trunks.

Ongoing Trunk Forecast Requirements. Where the Parties have already established interconnection in a LATA, Onvoy Airus shall provide a new or revised traffic forecast that complies with the Frontier Verizon Interconnection Trunking Forecast Guide when Xxxxx Airus develops plans or becomes aware of information that will materially affect the Parties’ interconnection in that LATA. Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (a) Onvoy Airus plans to deploy a new switch; (b) Onvoy Airus plans to implement a new POI or network architecture; (c) Onvoy Airus plans to rearrange its network; (d) Onvoy Airus plans to convert a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group; (e) Onvoy Airus plans to convert a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group; or (f) Onvoy Airus expects a significant change in interconnection traffic volume. In addition, upon request by either Party, the Parties shall meet to: (i) review traffic and usage data on End Office and Tandem Interconnection Trunk groups and (ii) determine whether the Parties should establish new Interconnection Trunk groups, augment existing Interconnection Trunk groups, or disconnect existing Interconnection Trunks.

Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (a) Onvoy Nettalk plans to deploy a new switch; (b) Onvoy Nettalk plans to implement a new POI or network architecture; (c) Onvoy Nettalk plans to rearrange its network; (d) Onvoy Nettalk plans to convert a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a Two-Two- Way Interconnection Trunk group; (e) Onvoy Nettalk plans to convert a Two-Two- Way Interconnection Trunk group to a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group; or (f) Onvoy Nettalk expects a significant change in interconnection traffic volume. In addition, upon request by either Party, the Parties shall meet to: (i) review traffic and usage data on End Office and Tandem Interconnection Trunk groups and (ii) determine whether the Parties should establish new Interconnection Trunk groups, augment existing Interconnection Trunk groups, or disconnect existing Interconnection Trunks.

In addition, upon request by either Party, the Parties shall meet to: (i) review traffic and usage data on End Office and Tandem Interconnection Trunk groups and (ii) determine whether the Parties should establish new Interconnection Trunk groups, augment existing Interconnection Trunk groups, or disconnect existing Interconnection Trunks.

Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (a) Onvoy Bandwidth plans to deploy a new switch; (b) Onvoy Bandwidth plans to implement a new POI or network architecture; (c) Onvoy Bandwidth plans to rearrange its network; (d) Onvoy Bandwidth plans to convert a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group; (e) Onvoy Bandwidth plans to convert a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group; or (f) Onvoy Bandwidth expects a significant change in interconnection traffic volume. In addition, upon request by either Party, the Parties shall meet to: (i) review traffic and usage data on End Office and Tandem Interconnection Trunk groups and (ii) determine whether the Parties should establish new Interconnection Trunk groups, augment existing Interconnection Trunk groups, or disconnect existing Interconnection Trunks.

In addition, upon request by either Party, the Parties shall meet to: (i) review traffic and usage data on End Office and Tandem Interconnection Trunk groups and (ii) determine whether the Parties should establish new Interconnection Trunk groups, augment existing Interconnection Trunk groups, or disconnect existing Interconnection Trunks.

Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (a) Onvoy Xxxx Tell plans to deploy a new switch; (b) Onvoy Xxxx Tell plans to implement a new POI or network architecture; (c) Onvoy Xxxx Tell plans to rearrange its network; (d) Onvoy Xxxx Tell plans to convert a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group; (e) Onvoy Xxxx Tell plans to convert a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group; or (f) Onvoy Xxxx Tell expects a significant change in interconnection traffic volume. In addition, upon request by either Party, the Parties shall meet to: (i) review traffic and usage data on End Office and Tandem Interconnection Trunk groups and (ii) determine whether the Parties should establish new Interconnection Trunk groups, augment existing Interconnection Trunk groups, or disconnect existing Interconnection Trunks.

Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (a) Onvoy WVN plans to deploy a new switch; (b) Onvoy WVN plans to implement a new POI or network architecture; (c) Onvoy WVN plans to rearrange its network; (d) Onvoy WVN plans to convert a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group; (e) Onvoy WVN plans to convert a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group; or (f) Onvoy WVN expects a significant change in interconnection traffic volume. In addition, upon request by either Party, the Parties shall meet to: (i) review traffic and usage data on End Office and Tandem Interconnection Trunk groups and (ii) determine whether the Parties should establish new Interconnection Trunk groups, augment existing Interconnection Trunk groups, or disconnect existing Interconnection Trunks.

Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (a) Onvoy InteleTel plans to deploy a new switch; (b) Onvoy InteleTel plans to implement a new POI or network architecture; (c) Onvoy InteleTel plans to rearrange its network; (d) Onvoy InteleTel plans to convert a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group; (e) Onvoy InteleTel plans to convert a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group; or (f) Onvoy InteleTel expects a significant change in interconnection traffic volume. In addition, upon request by either Party, the Parties shall meet to: (i) review traffic and usage data on End Office and Tandem Interconnection Trunk groups and (ii) determine whether the Parties should establish new Interconnection Trunk groups, augment existing Interconnection Trunk groups, or disconnect existing Interconnection Trunks.

Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (a) Onvoy DISH plans to deploy a new switch; (b) Onvoy DISH plans to implement a new POI or network architecture; (c) Onvoy DISH plans to rearrange its network; (d) Onvoy DISH plans to convert a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group; (e) Onvoy DISH plans to convert a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group; or (f) Onvoy DISH expects a significant change in interconnection traffic volume. In addition, upon request by either Party, the Parties shall meet to: (i) review traffic and usage data on End Office and Tandem Interconnection Trunk groups and (ii) determine whether the Parties should establish new Interconnection Trunk groups, augment existing Interconnection Trunk groups, or disconnect existing Interconnection Trunks.

Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (a) Onvoy Genesis plans to deploy a new switch; (b) Onvoy Genesis plans to implement a new POI or network architecture; (c) Onvoy Genesis plans to rearrange its network; (d) Onvoy Genesis plans to convert a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group; (e) Onvoy Genesis plans to convert a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group; or (f) Onvoy Genesis expects a significant change in interconnection traffic volume. In addition, upon request by either Party, the Parties shall meet to: (i) review traffic and usage data on End Office and Tandem Interconnection Trunk groups and (ii) determine whether the Parties should establish new Interconnection Trunk groups, augment existing Interconnection Trunk groups, or disconnect existing Interconnection Trunks.

Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (a) Onvoy GCTC plans to deploy a new switch; (b) Onvoy GCTC plans to implement a new POI or network architecture; (c) Onvoy GCTC plans to rearrange its network; (d) Onvoy GCTC plans to convert a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group; (e) Onvoy GCTC plans to convert a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group; or (f) Onvoy GCTC expects a significant change in interconnection traffic volume. In addition, upon request by either Party, the Parties shall meet to: (i) review traffic and usage data on End Office and Tandem Interconnection Trunk groups and (ii) determine whether the Parties should establish new Interconnection Trunk groups, augment existing Interconnection Trunk groups, or disconnect existing Interconnection Trunks.

Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (a) Onvoy Ednetics plans to deploy a new switch; (b) Onvoy Ednetics plans to implement a new POI or network architecture; (c) Onvoy Ednetics plans to rearrange its network; (d) Onvoy Ednetics plans to convert a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group; (e) Onvoy Ednetics plans to convert a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group; or (f) Onvoy Ednetics expects a significant change in interconnection traffic volume. In addition, upon request by either Party, the Parties shall meet to: (i) review traffic and usage data on End Office and Tandem Interconnection Trunk groups and (ii) determine whether the Parties should establish new Interconnection Trunk groups, augment existing Interconnection Trunk groups, or disconnect existing Interconnection Trunks.

Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (a) Onvoy Smartrak plans to deploy a new switch; (b) Onvoy Smartrak plans to implement a new POI or network architecture; (c) Onvoy Smartrak plans to rearrange its network; (d) Onvoy Smartrak plans to convert a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group; (e) Onvoy Smartrak plans to convert a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group; or (f) Onvoy Smartrak expects a significant change in interconnection traffic volume. In addition, upon request by either Party, the Parties shall meet to: (i) review traffic and usage data on End Office and Tandem Interconnection Trunk groups and (ii) determine whether the Parties should establish new Interconnection Trunk groups, augment existing Interconnection Trunk groups, or disconnect existing Interconnection Trunks.

Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (a) Onvoy Spectrotel plans to deploy a new switch; (b) Onvoy Spectrotel plans to implement a new POI or network architecture; (c) Onvoy Spectrotel plans to rearrange its network; (d) Onvoy Spectrotel plans to convert a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group; (e) Onvoy Spectrotel plans to convert a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group; or (f) Onvoy Spectrotel expects a significant change in interconnection traffic volume. In addition, upon request by either Party, the Parties shall meet to: (i) review traffic and usage data on End Office and Tandem Interconnection Trunk groups and (ii) determine whether the Parties should establish new Interconnection Trunk groups, augment existing Interconnection Trunk groups, or disconnect existing Interconnection Trunks.

Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (a) Onvoy First Comm plans to deploy a new switch; (b) Onvoy First Comm plans to implement a new POI or network architecture; (c) Onvoy First Comm plans to rearrange its network; (d) Onvoy First Comm plans to convert a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group; (e) Onvoy First Comm plans to convert a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group; or (f) Onvoy First Comm expects a significant change in interconnection traffic volume. In addition, upon request by either Party, the Parties shall meet to: (i) review traffic and usage data on End Office and Tandem Interconnection Trunk groups and (ii) determine whether the Parties should establish new Interconnection Trunk groups, augment existing Interconnection Trunk groups, or disconnect existing Interconnection Trunks.

In addition, upon request by either Party, the Parties shall meet to: (i) review traffic and usage data on End Office and Tandem Interconnection Trunk groups and (ii) determine whether the Parties should establish new Interconnection Trunk groups, augment existing Interconnection Trunk groups, or disconnect existing Interconnection Trunks.

Ongoing Trunk Forecast Requirements. Where the Parties have already established interconnection in a LATA, Onvoy Airbus shall provide a new or revised traffic forecast that complies with the Frontier Verizon Interconnection Trunking Forecast Guide when Xxxxx Airbus develops plans or becomes aware of information that will materially affect the Parties’ interconnection in that LATA. Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (a) Onvoy Airbus plans to deploy a new switch; (b) Onvoy Airbus plans to implement a new POI or network architecture; (c) Onvoy Airbus plans to rearrange its network; (d) Onvoy Airbus plans to convert a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group; (e) Onvoy Airbus plans to convert a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group; or (f) Onvoy Airbus expects a significant change in interconnection traffic volume. In addition, upon request by either Party, the Parties shall meet to: (i) review traffic and usage data on End Office and Tandem Interconnection Trunk groups and (ii) determine whether the Parties should establish new Interconnection Trunk groups, augment existing Interconnection Trunk groups, or disconnect existing Interconnection Trunks.

Ongoing Trunk Forecast Requirements. Where the Parties have already established interconnection in a LATA, Onvoy Comcast shall provide a new or revised traffic forecast that complies with the Frontier Verizon Interconnection Trunking Forecast Guide when Xxxxx Comcast develops plans or becomes aware of information that will materially affect the Parties’ interconnection in that LATA. Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (a) Onvoy Comcast plans to deploy a new switch; (b) Onvoy Comcast plans to implement a new POI or network architecture; (c) Onvoy Comcast plans to rearrange its network; (d) Onvoy Comcast plans to convert a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group; (e) Onvoy Comcast plans to convert a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group; or (f) Onvoy Comcast expects a significant change in interconnection traffic volume. In addition, upon request by either Party, the Parties shall meet to: (i) review traffic and usage data on End Office and Tandem Interconnection Trunk groups and (ii) determine whether the Parties should establish new Interconnection Trunk groups, augment existing Interconnection Trunk groups, or disconnect existing Interconnection Trunks.

Where the Parties have already established interconnection in a LATA, Onvoy Synergem shall provide a new or revised traffic forecast that complies with the Frontier Verizon Interconnection Trunking Forecast Guide when Xxxxx Synergem develops plans or becomes aware of information that will materially affect the Parties’ interconnection in that LATA. Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (a) Onvoy Synergem plans to deploy a new switch; (b) Onvoy Synergem plans to implement a new POI or network architecture; (c) Onvoy Synergem plans to rearrange its network; (d) Onvoy Synergem plans to convert a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group; (e) Onvoy Synergem plans to convert a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group; or (f) Onvoy Synergem expects a significant change in interconnection traffic volume. In addition, upon request by either Party, the Parties shall meet to: (i) review traffic and usage data on End Office and Tandem Interconnection Trunk groups and (ii) determine whether the Parties should establish new Interconnection Trunk groups, augment existing Interconnection Trunk groups, or disconnect existing Interconnection Trunks.

Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (a) Onvoy INdigital plans to deploy a new switch; (b) Onvoy INdigital plans to implement a new POI or network architecture; (c) Onvoy INdigital plans to rearrange its network; (d) Onvoy INdigital plans to convert a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group; (e) Onvoy INdigital plans to convert a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group; or (f) Onvoy INdigital expects a significant change in interconnection traffic volume. In addition, upon request by either Party, the Parties shall meet to: (i) review traffic and usage data on End Office and Tandem Interconnection Trunk groups and (ii) determine whether the Parties should establish new Interconnection Trunk groups, augment existing Interconnection Trunk groups, or disconnect existing Interconnection Trunks.

Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (a) Onvoy PacOptic plans to deploy a new switch; (b) Onvoy PacOptic plans to implement a new POI or network architecture; (c) Onvoy PacOptic plans to rearrange its network; (d) Onvoy PacOptic plans to convert a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group; (e) Onvoy PacOptic plans to convert a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group; or (f) Onvoy PacOptic expects a significant change in interconnection traffic volume. In addition, upon request by either Party, the Parties shall meet to: (i) review traffic and usage data on End Office and Tandem Interconnection Trunk groups and (ii) determine whether the Parties should establish new Interconnection Trunk groups, augment existing Interconnection Trunk groups, or disconnect existing Interconnection Trunks.

Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (a) Onvoy TWCIS plans to deploy a new switch; (b) Onvoy TWCIS plans to implement a new POI or network architecture; (c) Onvoy TWCIS plans to rearrange its network; (d) Onvoy TWCIS plans to convert a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a Two-Two- Way Interconnection Trunk group; (e) Onvoy TWCIS plans to convert a Two-Two- Way Interconnection Trunk group to a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group; or (f) Onvoy TWCIS expects a significant change in interconnection traffic volume. In addition, upon request by either Party, the Parties shall meet to: (i) review traffic and usage data on End Office and Tandem Interconnection Trunk groups and (ii) determine whether the Parties should establish new Interconnection Trunk groups, augment existing Interconnection Trunk groups, or disconnect existing Interconnection Trunks.

Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (ai) Onvoy MPCS plans to deploy a new switch; (bii) Onvoy MPCS plans to implement a new POI or network architecture; (ciii) Onvoy MPCS plans to rearrange its network; (div) Onvoy MPCS plans to convert a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a Two-Two- Way Interconnection Trunk group; (ev) Onvoy MPCS plans to convert a Two-Two- Way Interconnection Trunk group to a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group; or (fvi) Onvoy MPCS expects a significant change in interconnection traffic volume. In addition, upon request by either Party, the Parties shall meet to: (i) review traffic and usage data on End Office and Tandem Interconnection Trunk groups and (ii) determine whether the Parties should establish new Interconnection Trunk groups, augment existing Interconnection Trunk groups, or disconnect existing Interconnection TrunksTrunks and/or Interconnection Trunk groups.

Ongoing Trunk Forecast Requirements. Where the Parties have already established interconnection in a LATA, Onvoy Covista shall provide a new or revised traffic forecast that complies with the Frontier Verizon Interconnection Trunking Forecast Guide when Xxxxx Covista develops plans or becomes aware of information that will materially affect the Parties’ interconnection in that LATA. Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (a) Onvoy Covista plans to deploy a new switch; (b) Onvoy plans Covistalans to implement a new POI or network architecture; (c) Onvoy Covista plans to rearrange its network; (d) Onvoy Covista plans to convert a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group; (e) Onvoy Covista plans to convert a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group; or (f) Onvoy Covista expects a significant change in interconnection traffic volume. In addition, upon request by either Party, the Parties shall meet to: (i) review traffic and usage data on End Office and Tandem Interconnection Trunk groups and (ii) determine whether the Parties should establish new Interconnection Trunk groups, augment existing Interconnection Trunk groups, or disconnect existing Interconnection Trunks.

Ongoing Trunk Forecast Requirements. Where the Parties have already established interconnection in a LATA, Onvoy Dynalink shall provide a new or revised traffic forecast that complies with the Frontier Verizon Interconnection Trunking Forecast Guide when Xxxxx Dynalink develops plans or becomes aware of information that will materially affect the Parties’ interconnection in that LATA. Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (a) Onvoy Dynalink plans to deploy a new switch; (b) Onvoy Dynalink plans to implement a new POI or network architecture; (c) Onvoy Dynalink plans to rearrange its network; (d) Onvoy Dynalink plans to convert a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group; (e) Onvoy Dynalink plans to convert a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group; or (f) Onvoy Dynalink expects a significant change in interconnection traffic volume. In addition, upon request by either Party, the Parties shall meet to: (i) review traffic and usage data on End Office and Tandem Interconnection Trunk groups and (ii) determine whether the Parties should establish new Interconnection Trunk groups, augment existing Interconnection Trunk groups, or disconnect existing Interconnection Trunks.

Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (a) Onvoy Airus plans to deploy a new switch; (b) Onvoy Airus plans to implement a new POI or network architecture; (c) Onvoy Airus plans to rearrange its network; (d) Onvoy Airus plans to convert a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group; (e) Onvoy Airus plans to convert a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group; or (f) Onvoy Airus expects a significant change in interconnection traffic volume. In addition, upon request by either Party, the Parties shall meet to: (i) review traffic and usage data on End Office and Tandem Interconnection Trunk groups and (ii) determine whether the Parties should establish new Interconnection Trunk groups, augment existing Interconnection Trunk groups, or disconnect existing Interconnection Trunks.

Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (a) Onvoy QuantumShift plans to deploy a new switch; (b) Onvoy QuantumShift plans to implement a new POI or network architecture; (c) Onvoy QuantumShift plans to rearrange its network; (d) Onvoy QuantumShift plans to convert a One-One- Way Interconnection Trunk group to a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group; (e) Onvoy QuantumShift plans to convert a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group; or (f) Onvoy QuantumShift expects a significant change in interconnection traffic volume. In addition, upon request by either Party, the Parties shall meet to: (i) review traffic and usage data on End Office and Tandem Interconnection Trunk groups and (ii) determine whether the Parties should establish new Interconnection Trunk groups, augment existing Interconnection Trunk groups, or disconnect existing Interconnection Trunks.

Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (ai) Onvoy Denali plans to deploy a new switch; (bii) Onvoy Denali plans to implement a new POI or network architecture; (ciii) Onvoy Denali plans to rearrange its network; (div) Onvoy Denali plans to convert a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a Two-Two- Way Interconnection Trunk group; (ev) Onvoy Denali plans to convert a Two-Two- Way Interconnection Trunk group to a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group; or (fvi) Onvoy Denali expects a significant change in interconnection traffic volume. In addition, upon request by either Party, the Parties shall meet to: (i) review traffic and usage data on End Office and Tandem Interconnection Trunk groups and (ii) determine whether the Parties should establish new Interconnection Trunk groups, augment existing Interconnection Trunk groups, or disconnect existing Interconnection TrunksTrunks and/or Interconnection Trunk groups.

Where the Parties have already established interconnection in a LATA, Onvoy Mosaic shall provide a new or revised traffic forecast that complies with the Frontier Verizon Interconnection Trunking Forecast Guide when Xxxxx Mosaic develops plans or becomes aware of information that will materially affect the Parties’ interconnection in that LATA. Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (a) Onvoy Mosaic plans to deploy a new switch; (b) Onvoy Mosaic plans to implement a new POI or network architecture; (c) Onvoy Mosaic plans to rearrange its network; (d) Onvoy Mosaic plans to convert a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a Two-Two- Way Interconnection Trunk group; (e) Onvoy Mosaic plans to convert a Two-Two- Way Interconnection Trunk group to a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group; or (f) Onvoy Mosaic expects a significant change in interconnection traffic volume. In addition, upon request by either Party, the Parties shall meet to: (i) review traffic and usage data on End Office and Tandem Interconnection Trunk groups and (ii) determine whether the Parties should establish new Interconnection Trunk groups, augment existing Interconnection Trunk groups, or disconnect existing Interconnection Trunks.

Where the Parties have already established interconnection in a LATA, Onvoy MCIm shall provide a new or revised traffic forecast that complies with the Frontier Verizon Interconnection Trunking Forecast Guide when Xxxxx MCIm develops plans or becomes aware of information that will materially affect the Parties’ interconnection in that LATA. Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (a) Onvoy MCIm plans to deploy a new switch; (b) Onvoy MCIm plans to implement a new POI or network architecture; (c) Onvoy MCIm plans to rearrange its network; (d) Onvoy MCIm plans to convert a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group; (e) Onvoy MCIm plans to convert a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group; or (f) Onvoy MCIm expects a significant change in interconnection traffic volume. In addition, upon request by either Party, the Parties shall meet to: (i) review traffic and usage data on End Office and Tandem Interconnection Trunk groups and (ii) determine whether the Parties should establish new Interconnection Trunk groups, augment existing Interconnection Trunk groups, or disconnect existing Interconnection Trunks.

Where the Parties have already established interconnection in a LATA, Onvoy Neutral Tandem shall provide a new or revised traffic forecast that complies with the Frontier Verizon Interconnection Trunking Forecast Guide when Xxxxx Neutral Tandem develops plans or becomes aware of information that will materially affect the Parties’ interconnection in that LATA. Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (a) Onvoy Neutral Tandem plans to deploy a new switch; (b) Onvoy Neutral Tandem plans to implement a new POI or network architecture; (c) Onvoy Neutral Tandem plans to rearrange its network; (d) Onvoy Neutral Tandem plans to convert a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group; (e) Onvoy Neutral Tandem plans to convert a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group; or (f) Onvoy Neutral Tandem expects a significant change in interconnection traffic volume. In addition, upon request by either Party, the Parties shall meet to: (i) review traffic and usage data on End Office and Tandem Interconnection Trunk groups and (ii) determine whether the Parties should establish new Interconnection Trunk groups, augment existing Interconnection Trunk groups, or disconnect existing Interconnection Trunks.

Where the Parties have already established interconnection in a LATA, Onvoy Xxxx Tell shall provide a new or revised traffic forecast that complies with the Frontier Verizon Interconnection Trunking Forecast Guide when Xxxxx Xxxx Tell develops plans or becomes aware of information that will materially affect the Parties’ interconnection in that LATA. Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (a) Onvoy Xxxx Tell plans to deploy a new switch; (b) Onvoy Xxxx Tell plans to implement a new POI or network architecture; (c) Onvoy Xxxx Tell plans to rearrange its network; (d) Onvoy Xxxx Tell plans to convert a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group; (e) Onvoy Xxxx Tell plans to convert a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group; or (f) Onvoy Xxxx Tell expects a significant change in interconnection traffic volume. In addition, upon request by either Party, the Parties shall meet to: (i) review traffic and usage data on End Office and Tandem Interconnection Trunk groups and (ii) determine whether the Parties should establish new Interconnection Trunk groups, augment existing Interconnection Trunk groups, or disconnect existing Interconnection Trunks.

Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (a) Onvoy PNG plans to deploy a new switch; (b) Onvoy PNG plans to implement a new POI or network architecture; (c) Onvoy PNG plans to rearrange its network; (d) Onvoy PNG plans to convert a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group; (e) Onvoy PNG plans to convert a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group; or (f) Onvoy PNG expects a significant change in interconnection traffic volume. In addition, upon request by either Party, the Parties shall meet to: (i) review traffic and usage data on End Office and Tandem Interconnection Trunk groups and (ii) determine whether the Parties should establish new Interconnection Trunk groups, augment existing Interconnection Trunk groups, or disconnect existing Interconnection Trunks.

Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (a) Onvoy Syniverse plans to deploy a new switch; (b) Onvoy Syniverse plans to implement a new POI or network architecture; (c) Onvoy Syniverse plans to rearrange its network; (d) Onvoy Syniverse plans to convert a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group; (e) Onvoy Syniverse plans to convert a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group; or (f) Onvoy Syniverse expects a significant change in interconnection traffic volume. In addition, upon request by either Party, the Parties shall meet to: (i) review traffic and usage data on End Office and Tandem Interconnection Trunk groups and (ii) determine whether the Parties should establish new Interconnection Trunk groups, augment existing Interconnection Trunk groups, or disconnect existing Interconnection Trunks.

Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (a) Onvoy One Voice plans to deploy a new switch; (b) Onvoy One Voice plans to implement a new POI or network architecture; (c) Onvoy One Voice plans to rearrange its network; (d) Onvoy One Voice plans to convert a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group; (e) Onvoy One Voice plans to convert a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group; or (f) Onvoy One Voice expects a significant change in interconnection traffic volume. In addition, upon request by either Party, the Parties shall meet to: (i) review traffic and usage data on End Office and Tandem Interconnection Trunk groups and (ii) determine whether the Parties should establish new Interconnection Trunk groups, augment existing Interconnection Trunk groups, or disconnect existing Interconnection Trunks.

Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (a) Onvoy CBAD plans to deploy a new switch; (b) Onvoy CBAD plans to implement a new POI or network architecture; (c) Onvoy CBAD plans to rearrange its network; (d) Onvoy CBAD plans to convert a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group; (e) Onvoy CBAD plans to convert a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group; or (f) Onvoy CBAD expects a significant change in interconnection traffic volume. In addition, upon request by either Party, the Parties shall meet to: (i) review traffic and usage data on End Office and Tandem Interconnection Trunk groups and (ii) determine whether the Parties should establish new Interconnection Trunk groups, augment existing Interconnection Trunk groups, or disconnect existing Interconnection Trunks.

Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (a) Onvoy TQCI plans to deploy a new switch; (b) Onvoy TQCI plans to implement a new POI or network architecture; (c) Onvoy TQCI plans to rearrange its network; (d) Onvoy TQCI plans to convert a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group; (e) Onvoy TQCI plans to convert a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group; or (f) Onvoy TQCI expects a significant change in interconnection traffic volume. In addition, upon request by either Party, the Parties shall meet to: (i) review traffic and usage data on End Office and Tandem Interconnection Trunk groups and (ii) determine whether the Parties should establish new Interconnection Trunk groups, augment existing Interconnection Trunk groups, or disconnect existing Interconnection Trunks.

Ongoing Trunk Forecast Requirements. Where the Parties have already established interconnection in a LATA, Onvoy Futiva shall provide a new or revised traffic forecast that complies with the Frontier Interconnection Trunking Forecast Guide when Xxxxx Futiva develops plans or becomes aware of information that will materially affect the Parties’ interconnection in that LATA. Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (a) Onvoy Futiva plans to deploy a new switch; (b) Onvoy Futiva plans to implement a new POI or network architecture; (c) Onvoy Futiva plans to rearrange its network; (d) Onvoy Futiva plans to convert a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group; (e) Onvoy Futiva plans to convert a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group; or (f) Onvoy Futiva expects a significant change in interconnection traffic volume. Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (a) Onvoy Threshold plans to deploy a new switch; (b) Onvoy Threshold plans to implement a new POI or network architecture; (c) Onvoy Threshold plans to rearrange its network; (d) Onvoy Threshold plans to convert a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group; (e) Onvoy Threshold plans to convert a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group; or (f) Onvoy Threshold expects a significant change in interconnection traffic volume.
