Ongoing Service. In order to meet your long-term goals, you should regularly review your plans and situation and make changes accordingly. Therefore, we would normally recommend that you sign up for our ongoing service for this financial planning service to be effective. However, this is not compulsory. If you do not want any ongoing service, we will not charge an ongoing fee and we will not be responsible for reviewing performance or providing you with valuations. We offer three levels of service: If you have relatively simple requirements, for example if you made a lump sum investment of less than £150,000, then we offer a more basic level of ongoing service. The service will consist of the following: • Annual valuations • Access to a Financial Planner by telephone or email • Meetings on request, but subject to a fee • Autumn Budget update
