Ongoing Service. We offer an ongoing service where, depending on your personal requirements and with your agreement, we may review your account on an annual or six monthly basis, and inform you of new recommendations or changes that may be relevant to your circumstances. In addition, as a minimum, you will be provided with an annual valuation, telephone access to your adviser, and a newsletter bulletin. This service is provided at a charge of up to 0.1% per month and can be either deducted from your investment or paid by standing order. This service can be cancelled at any time. (On a £100,000 investment this equates to a maximum of £1,200 per annum).
