Ongoing Review. (a) In addition to the initial checks in clause 17.2, the Contractor has an ongoing obligation to review its Key Personnel to ensure they do not become a Disqualified Person. (b) On becoming aware a Key Person has become a Disqualified Person, either pursuant to this clause 17.4 or otherwise, the Contractor must cease that person’s engagement as a Key Person, and ensure they do not provide the Services on behalf of the Contractor.
