Access by Individuals. Information will not be kept in a designated record set as defined by HIPAA. Requests, if any, from Individuals for access or amendment to their PHI in a designated record set as defined under HIPAA will be referred to the relevant Participant so that the Participant can prepare a timely response to the Individual.
Access by Individuals. 1. Access to the texts by an individual person is to be controlled by that person's organization. The organization may only grant access to people working under its control, i.e., its own members, consultants to the organization, or individuals providing service to the organization.

Requests if any from Individuals for access or amendment to their PHI in a Designated Record Set as defined under HIPAA shall be referred to the relevant Participant so that the Participant can prepare a timely response to the Individual.
Access by Individuals. Business Associate agrees to promptly make available within five (5) business days or less Protected Health Information in a Designated Record Set to the Covered Entity or, if so directed by the Covered Entity, to the Individual or Individual’s designee as necessary to satisfy Covered Entity’s obligations under 45 C.F.R. §164.524.
