Ongoing Phase. If Sensis requires the Consultant to provide Additional Services in accordance with paragraph 1.1(c) of Schedule 1 during or in connection with the Ongoing Phase, then the Fees for those Additional Services will be the per unit fee (inclusive of all taxes and other charges) specified in paragraph 3 of this Schedule 2.
