one-half. Any overtime worked in addition to the above Section 1, shall be compensated for at the rate of time-and-one-half to the nearest quarter hour. Any overtime worked in excess of fifteen (15) minutes, at the end of the shift, shall be only at the express direction of the chief or the officer in charge of the shift.
