Common use of Onboarding Requirements Clause in Contracts

Onboarding Requirements. The parties: a) will work together to document mutually agreeable Final Onboarding Requirements as soon as practicable after the Addendum Effective Date; and b) will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that all Final Onboarding Requirements assigned to that party are completed so that: i. the first Service Commencement Date under this Addendum occurs within 4 months of the Addendum Effective Date, and ii. the Service Commencement Date for new AWS Managed Services Accounts requested by Customer in writing occurs as soon as practicable after such request.
