The Onboarding Requirements clause outlines the specific steps, documentation, and processes that a party must complete before beginning work or accessing certain services under an agreement. Typically, this may include providing identification, completing training modules, signing confidentiality agreements, or submitting necessary compliance forms. Its core practical function is to ensure that all parties meet predefined standards and obligations before commencing their roles, thereby reducing risk and ensuring readiness for the engagement.
Onboarding Requirements. The parties will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that all Onboarding Requirements assigned to that party are completed so that:
(a) the first Service Commencement Date under this Addendum occurs within 4 months of the Addendum Effective Date, and
(b) the Service Commencement Date for new AWS Managed Services Accounts requested by Customer in writing occurs as soon as practicable after such request.
Onboarding Requirements. The parties:
a) will work together to document mutually agreeable Final Onboarding Requirements as soon as practicable after the Addendum Effective Date; and
b) will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that all Final Onboarding Requirements assigned to that party are completed so that:
i. the first Service Commencement Date under this Addendum occurs within 4 months of the Addendum Effective Date, and ii. the Service Commencement Date for new AWS Managed Services Accounts requested by Customer in writing occurs as soon as practicable after such request.

Certified Company financials Paybyrd reserves the right to request additional documents if deemed necessary, as well as increasing onboarding and information requirements without any prior notice. The persons you register with Paybyrd must also be competent and authorized to that effect. The merchant confirms that you are a national of the country you indicate on registration, and that you are authorized to develop business activities in that/those countries. The Merchant guarantees that all information provided to Paybyrd is complete and truthful, and that you will keep your information registered with us up to date. You must inform ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ without delay of changes in the corporate name, corporate status, corporate structure, type and scope of the services or any other relevant changes within 48 hours. After acceptance ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will provide you with a username (partner ID) and a (temporary) password, which you need to change in some cases on the first time you log in on Paybyrd. The username and password provided by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ are strictly personal and may not be shared with anyone. You are responsible for damage and/or loss arising from misuse of the username and password, and you must inform ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ of the loss, theft and/or misuse thereof.
