Common use of On Security Clause in Contracts

On Security. For your protection, you should sign-off after every Online Banking session. In order to help prevent unauthorized access to your account(s), your online session will end automatically if we detect no activity for 10 minutes. This is to protect you in case you accidentally leave your device unattended after you logged on. When you return to your device, you will be prompted to re-enter your Password. In addition, we will deactivate your account after five consecutive unsuccessful log-in attempts and you will have to contact us to reactivate your account. All Scheduled Payments will continue to be processed once Online Banking is cancelled. Recurring transfers will also continue unless you notify us that you no longer wish to have this transfer.
