On Security. For your protection, you should sign-off after every Online Banking session. In order to help prevent unauthorized access to your account(s), your online session will end automatically if we detect no activity for 10 minutes. This is to protect you in case you accidentally leave your device unattended after you logged on. When you return to your device, you will be prompted to re-enter your Password. In addition, we will deactivate your account after five consecutive unsuccessful log-in attempts and you will have to contact us to reactivate your account. If you wish to cancel Online Banking, you may contact Northland Area Federal Credit Union by one of the following methods: • Telephone us at ▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ during business hours; and/or • Visit a branch location • Write us at: Northland Area Federal Credit Union ▇▇▇▇ ▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ Alpena, MI 49707 or • Send us a secure message through the Online Banking Service. All Scheduled Payments will continue to be processed once Online Banking is cancelled. Recurring transfers will also continue unless you notify us that you no longer wish to have this transfer.
