Common use of On-Product Warnings Clause in Contracts

On-Product Warnings. The Settling Entity shall affix a warning to the label or otherwise directly on each unit of the Product provided through in-store retail outlets in California or sold online to consumers in California either directly or through its customers. For the purpose of this Settlement Agreement, “label” means a display of written, printed or graphic material that is printed on or affixed to a Product or its immediate container.
