Common use of On-Going Training Clause in Contracts

On-Going Training. If and as requested by NSP, HET will provide on-going BodyGem System theory and use training to NSP personnel and NSP Distributors designated by NSP on the following basis: (a) All on-going training shall be charged at a rate of six-hundred dollars ($600.00) per day per HET trainer and shall be charged in full day (8 hours) increments. Each $600 fee includes up to twenty-five (25) training hand-out packages and the use of up to five (5) BodyGem Systems. Any additional hand-out packages or BodyGem Systems shall be provided in accordance with the fee schedule of section 4.5. (b) All on-going training shall be provided at HET facilities in Golden, Colorado unless requested otherwise by NSP, and if conducted outside of HET’s Golden, Colorado facilities shall be subject to the fee schedule in section 4.5. (c) HET shall use all reasonable efforts to accommodate the time and place for NSP requested on-going training, but any on-going training shall be schedule by mutual agreement of the parties.
